This site is maintained and controlled in Bermuda. cigarbox.bm makes no representation that the content in this site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users who choose to access www.cigarbox.bm from locations outside Bermuda do so on their own initiative. If you are visiting www.cigarbox.bm from a location outside Bermuda, your connection will be through and to servers located in Bermuda, your orders will be accepted, fully processed and fulfilled in and shipped from Bermuda and all information you provide will be processed and maintained in our systems located within Bermuda.
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to use of or purchase made through this site shall be settled by arbitration administered in Bermuda in accordance with the terms of the Bermuda Conciliation and Arbitration Act of 1993 by one arbitrator appointed by the Chairman for the time being of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Bermuda Branch. The validity, terms, performance and enforcement of the requirements for use of our site shall be governed and construed by these provisions and in accordance with the laws of Bermuda without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
These terms, conditions and disclaimers are intended to be severable. If for any reason any of these terms, conditions or disclaimers shall be held invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remainder of the terms, conditions and disclaimers shall remain in full force and effect.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
How to return or exchange merchandise
You need to advise us in writing of the reasons for the return and enclose that letter with the merchandise that you are returning. We will not consider accepting returns unless we receive them within 7 days of the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item.
Refunds for items returned will be credited to your credit card account.

Credits to your charge card
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. If you request replacement merchandise of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship that replacement merchandise to you. However, if you would like to purchase additional merchandise, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original cost of shipping.
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, please notify us. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Customs and import duties information
Your order may be subject to import restrictions, duties and taxes that are levied or applied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. We do not accept responsibility for compliance with the customs or other restrictions, duties or levies that may apply to your order, such responsibility and liability therefore being solely that of the user of www.cigarbox.bm.
